Dale J. Boden
Chairman of Board of Advanced Cancer Therapeutics

Dale J. Boden is a founder and Chairman of Advanced Cancer Therapeutics. He also serves as President and CEO of B F Capital, Inc., a Louisville, KY based private investment firm. Investing primarily in real estate, venture capital and early-stage or special situation growth companies, B F Capital provides both equity capital and management assistance.

Since founding B F Capital in 1993, Mr. Boden has overseen investments in more than 80 different companies and partnerships. In 2003, the Yearling Fund I, L.P. was formed by Mr. Boden and his two partners, Tyree Wilburn and William Lomicka. The Yearling Fund is an early stage venture capital fund focused on Kentucky-based companies. Mr. Boden serves on the boards of both public and private companies serving in varying capacities including Audit and Compensation Committee Chair, Lead Director and non-executive Chairman of the Board. Mr. Boden has profound experience in Corporate Development, M & A, Corporate Finance and General Management.
